<p>Reed offers five varsity club sports: women’s and men’s Rugby, coed soccer, ultimate frisbee, men’s basketball, and squash. </p>
<p>The rugby teams compete in the Pacific Northwest Rugby Football Union. Our men’s and women’s teams have competed in regional championships finishing as high as second place. The soccer team competes in the Greater Portland Soccer District League. Games are played every Sunday in the fall. The squash team competes in the Portland Squash League. The Portland Squash league is open to all age groups and many of the teams we compete against have Reed alumni playing for them. Finally, the basketball team competes as an independent. We play other local Northwest small college teams. And ultimate frisbee, our newest addition to out club sports, primarily plays collegiate ulitmate tournaments around Oregon and Washington.</p>
