<p>OP’s idea is great! Rather than taking down the entire health care system as we know it in order to cover 10-15% of the population who are uninsured and burdening our system, the government should be providing huge tax and other incentives (like malpractice immunity) for private entities to open charitable clinics that will cater to the uninsured.</p>
