I think the lists appear to contain random phrases that don’t make much sense when combined. Upper classes focus on presentation but then don’t care what people think of them? Middle class people consume but don’t produce? Then where do they get their money to Drink and Party and enjoy movies with Big Explosions?
IMHO, this poster sounds like he’s confounded ‘the map’ with ‘the territory’.
Lots of naval gazing, and little else. It’s not the first time I’ve seen this.
