<p>I tend to agree with psysh, a girl that is legitimately interested in you wouldn’t just walk up and tell you you’re cute. The exception to this though is in a party, club, or other environment where alcohol is involved. In that case, the girl could very well be interested and is just the ‘forward type.’ Either way, she wants to talk to you so you might as well converse/flirt with her and see what happens.</p>
