<p>I’m with PackMom…quit my high-pressure job, work out with personal trainer every day, hire Alice (from the Brady Bunch) to manage my house and travel for pleasure.</p>

<p>Such a nice thread. If only! I would travel everywhere I’ve never been, which is practically everywhere. And I’d find a nice condo somewhere far from lousy winter weather for dh and me to live in after retirement. And if money were really no object, I’d retire and strongarm dh into doing the same.</p>

<p>Personally, travel would be by far #1 … if I could I would semi retire and go somewhere about once a month. </p>
<p>After knowing I had travel covered I would splurge on some sports cards that are ridiculously expensive (Bobby Orr rookie card for example) … I collected cards starting with the cheapest ones so the only ones I still need are very expensive and I’ll never get near unless the inheritence fairy surprises me.</p>

Sounds better than it really is. You lose a lot of privacy.</p>
<p>I don’t have many wants for myself personally, but I would like to give enough money to all my love ones (my siblings included) so they wouldn’t need to worry about paying for mortgage and college education for their kids.</p>

<p>I could add that the above would allow us to travel more which is something we did a lot of when before kids and when they were young!</p>
<p>DH loves his job and knowing he could quit any time makes it sweeter! I love doing what I’m doing at home and volunteering.</p>
