Immunotherapy drugs can be very effective for melanoma. Don’t despair.

I have a dear friend who is a cancer survivor, had back pain and spent months with a chiropractor who knew her history, but treated it as back pain with adjustments etc. Of course, it turned out to be metastasis from her previous cancer.
That being said, back pain is incredibly common. As knowstuff says an MRI would not be ordered unless there were other symptoms or after conservative treatment did not help.

Is not used for melanoma but immunotherapy and other treatments are available.
