My one selfish wish… to be as sharp as RBG until the day I die.
@morrismm .
How’s this. I want to be that tallbeautifulslenderblonde. That’s one wish, right?
That the closest friend I’ve made since moving to a new city wasn’t moving to a different country next week.
My husband didn’t have diabetes and food allergies so we could eat pasta, rice, and ice cream TOGETHER when we go out.
To live closer to my best friend.
That my son was making more progress on his project
I wish to age well - physically and mentally.
Trying to make that wish a reality by staying physically, mentally and socially active now.
No cheating and making them for someone else @bookworm -
( mine would be similar )
But, just for me (kind of) -
I wish I had enough money to be able to retire in a year and travel to lots of places where physical stamina are required to enjoy them.
Of course I’d want my husband/family on these trips.
I know I am always right, I just wish everyone else knew what i say is always 100% correct too. my “opinions” should be considered FACTS!
^Oh, @zobroward. You should run for political office.
inpaternt i do not know how to tie a tie ,never dress fancier than a “polo” type shirt (target store brand) and i do not like kissing babies, shaking hands or hugging strangers. and I feel sorry for everybody. I would be a terrible politician. besides I probably would not even secure all the votes of my entire immediate family. so I would need to be appointed.
A selfish wish would be to have no pain, and only happiness for a lifetime.
My wish is to go back to when I was an infant so I can take much much better care of my teeth while I’m growing up.
If I can’t have that, I’ll just take $50K or so, so I can replace all the remaining bad ones with crowns.
I’m also only 5"0" tall, but my teeth are a much bigger issue to me than my height.
A selfish wish? More disposable income earmarked to spend on ME, ME, ME for whatever foolish, impractical, self-centered reasons.
I want all autoimmune diseases and pain banished from my body.
Paying off all of our student debt, mortgage, etc would be nice but having a healthy body would allow me to do that just fine on my own.
To be able to read women’s minds.
1 million $$ so I can travel anywhere I want over the next 20 years.
Have my hiatal hernia healed. But honestly, I’d try to find a loophole and use the wish for political changes that can’t be discussed here.
@ynotgo my first thought was a political one- which could easily be considered selfish- related to the one I ended up posting.
I went with my second thought
I would wish for good weather when I travel. I’m freezing in Jacksonville, FL right now! We went on a National Park Service tour of a historic plantation yesterday and I was wishing for my down coat. Last year, we had nine straight days of rain in Scottsdale and some of the coldest weather of the year in Houston and Tampa. I don’t come to Florida in the winter to hear about the wind chill.
