<p>He definitely shouldn’t be allowed to teach the course again. Even if it was partially the students’ fault for not doing enough preparation outside of class (and from the sounds of it that wasn’t really the issue), he should not have let grade inflation go so out of control. Obviously people thought they were prepared…I’m sorry things turned out so badly 
For your sake and the sake of future AP Euro students, talk to someone like shrey96 suggested. That way the school district will realize that the students are concerned about their learning!</p>
