Cornell (Possible ED)- low reach, high match if ed
UPenn (Possible ED)- depending on school, but id say high match if ed
Stanford (Possible SCEA)- reach, but variable cuz they’re random
Northeastern (EA)- low match/safety
UVA (EA)- match
Carnegie Mellon- high match/match
NYU- match
Georgetown- high match
Darthmouth- lower reach
Brown- reach
Yale- reach
UNC- high match, maybe mid match?
Duke- high match
RPI- safety
Boston College- low match
U. Mich- match
Princeton- reach
Vanderbilt- high match
USC- high match
WUSTL- match-y, may get rejected if you dont show interest but stat wise should be a match
William and Marry- match to high safety</p>
<p>I know I said a lot of Ivies are reaches, but it’s not that your stats suck or anything (far from it, you have an amazing resume!) it’s just that they’re all very selective and random in selection. I bet you will get into at least one Ivy, if that’s what you really want, and at least 2-3 of the more selective schools (Vanderbilt, Georgetown, Duke). You have a lot of leadership which looks really good! What AP’s are you taking this year as a junior? Your GPA might be a weaker point, but an upward trend will look really good.
