<p>Probably not a bad idea to read carefully and be thorough during the entire application process. The link provided above says:</p>

<p>Probably best to not read more into that then what it says. Terms like ‘initial screening’ and ‘competitive’ can probably be interpreted to mean many different things and only those actually doing the screening know exactly what that means.</p>
