<p>Advice? Have a back-up plan. The application rate is huge. Acceptance rate is about 4% and I think (but don’t quote me) there is no waiting list. When I was there a few weeks ago, the final enrollment numbers for SCA was lower than the actual number of spaces. I suspect those will be filled with transfers.</p>
<p>So focus on portfolio, but also your qualifications for the main USC campus because you have to be accepted by them too. If not accepted to SCA don’t assume you can attend USC and transfer since those numbers are also low and production is now a BFA program.</p>
<p>Put together your best application, be yourself (not what you think they are looking for), create your strongest portfolio and cross your fingers.</p>
