How does this look? I’m applying regular decision for Stanford,
What can I do to make my app compelling?
And should I talk about the incident in Junior year in my essay or should I just let my teachers and counselor talk about it?

PLEASE, I’m DESPERATE.

What are your test scores?
And yeah you could definitely talk about any problems you had, that will definitely make you stand out.

It is a crap shoot. Don’t get your heart set on it!

make sure you dont come off as a “typicalazngirl”

I just want to let you know, that it’s so hard to predict. You should look at the results thread from this year’s early applicant round: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/stanford-university/1425488-official-stanford-2017-scea-results-thread.html</a>

Just check out the scattering results from admitted to rejected to the sad and unfortunate deferred (me :frowning: )

Not good, should apply to other less selective schools.
BTW, I didn’t apply to Stanford because lots of kids from my school apply to Stanford. I’m not wowed by Stanford but I also know it’s very competitive.
