<p>The schedules haven’t been updated since 2006, but if you look at the application form it says, “…our application deadline is in the first April of each year…”</p>

<p>So does that mean that the web page just hasn’t been updated and I should go ask for a rec anyway?</p>

<p>If application deadline is first of April, you can still afford to wait another month.</p>
