<p>They probably have some mathematical calculation based on previous years’ acceptance rate from admitted students … or maybe they just keep adding “qualified students” to it, regardless of length … in any event, it’s got to be fairly large … so far, more people have been accepted or waitlisted on CC than rejected.</p>
<p>probably more of the latter than the former.</p>
