I'm working in Penn's admissions office

Is it a plus for me that I am the only one to ever apply to Penn from my school (also the only one this year). Or is it better to be from a well known feeder school.

hahaha Easy E…NWA is applying to Penn ED, you shouldve put that on ur resume

any impressive Britons JohnnyK?

I worked in the admissions office last year and let me say one thing… DO NOT CALL THE ADMISSIONS OFFICE WHEN YOU CANT LOG IN! there’s like 5000 people trying to get on at once… give our servers a break! you’ll eventually get your decision, promise… give it time, and don’t bother the admissions office workers.

and on a slightly more positive note, Good luck everyone!!

two people got into penn from my school 2 years ago… neither went. that kinda sucks.

Yeah, I lot of people at my school have turned down UPenn for Vandy or California schools or somewhere…not cold. However, applying ED shows that you’re REALLY interested in going and you have to go anyway, so that shouldn’t hurt you any…right? I’m guessing. I don’t even know if people from your school getting accepted and then not going effects anything at all.
