All the immunizations you listed in your previous post are included on the AFA immunization form. You’ll need to add the Varicella vaccine to it though (chicken pox).</p>
<p>It is recommended that all shots are received at least two weeks in advance of reporting to AFA because of side effects, sore arms, etc. It also states that it takes 4-6 weeks from the time of the immunization to produce immunity from stated diseases – so get them early on!
