Many other universities, especially institutions in the Ivy League, tend to put more emphasis on numbers, despite rumors claiming how important ECs and essays are. As long as you have great numbers, you ought to get into one of the Ivy League university. Having good numbers does not even come close to gaining acceptance from UChicago. Definitely feel the force of UChicago essays before you begin writing them!</p>
