i’ve posted a few tips on there that might help.
SAT score can improve if you practice with consistency. Try to do a few sections every day; that should automatically help improve your scores. Look through explanations. Princetons Review and Barron’s provide explanation for each question so that can be very helpful. Try going through passages and noting any word you’re unfamiliar with. I created a sort of mini book that consisted of all the words and meanings I’d learned through the CR passages and sentence completions. Vocab not only helps you in the sentence completion questions, but it also proves to be a great aid in the paragraph based ones.
Alot of people probably tell you to read alot. I say read, but not other stuff. Reading the CR passages is a great way to make yourself comfortable and able to focus on the otherwise boring (generalizing) passages. Truth is, they’re not boring. So think positive and try reading those.
Practice, practice and practice. That is the best way to improve your scores. CR looks at how you read and comprehend. So that can only improve through reading really. There are a few tips and tricks that can help in the sections (you can find these in books like “Hack The SAT” or “Up Your Score”)
With hard work, you should do well.</p>
