<p>lol, everybody is busy on saturday. me too, i’ll be in piano classes. luckily for me theory gets out at 12 and there’s a computer in the music library! :-D</p>

<p>Omg, I’ll be at quiz bowl from 9-4 PST and I’ll have internet the whole time. I could check as soon as I get there, but I doubt I’ll be able to think once my decision wavefunction is collapsed…I’ll try to hold out until lunch at least :p</p>
<p>I wonder if any of us actually has enough discipline to wait to see if we get a tube in the mail or not, rather than spoiling the fun by going online…</p>

<p>I’m considering going old school and waiting for the mail, but it’s only really going to be worth it if I get a tube, you know? I think I’ll decide once they announce when everything’s getting mailed.</p>
<p>Yeah, if you get a letter then it’s like "Darn it, why did I bother waiting? That was idealistic and dumb of me. I’m going to go cry now.* =P</p>
<p>Exactly. Hence the waiting until they announce when the letters go out for me to make my final decision. :)</p>
<p>And seriously, even if I do wait for the mail, I’ll probably end up caving before hand.</p>

<p>Yeah, plus or minus a few days. It will depend on how much that difference ends up being.</p>
<p>I am definitely checking online. It’s way too disappointing to get a letter - much better to see that sort of thing online- whereas, if I look online and see that I get accepted, the excitement of getting in/getting a tube will still be great, even though I know to expect one. So, seems like there is more to lose from waiting for mail (= more disappointment) than there is to gain (= perhaps slightly higher excitement in the case of getting a tube), and there is a very small chance of my getting a tube anyway (which would be the only way to gain from waiting I think…). So, online it is for me :-). I’m terrible at waiting.</p>

<p>For the rest of you- in case you don’t know yet, I’m working from 11-7 Saturday. OK, so my dad’s computer apparently has an air card in it, which means it can access the internet anywhere there’s cell phone reception.</p>
<p>He wants to bring it to PetSmart on my lunch break Saturday so I can check my decision.</p>
<p>I think my family is officially now more college-obsessed than I am. Personally, I think it’s major overkill (“Mom, I think I can just wait, it’s not that huge of a deal”) and my parents seem to find this completely normal (“Honey, you haven’t been talking about anything else for the past 6 weeks.” “Not true! I talk about debate and goat pee…”).</p>
<p>To be perfectly honest, I’d rather take too long of a lunch break and go home to get the decision or wait until they get home that night from their office party thing around 10 or (gasp!) just get the decision myself when I get home than get it in my dad’s car in a PetSmart parking lot. Even though it is a nice car. But still. The parking lot thing? Eh. I suppose it could make for a good story.</p>
<p>My friends insist on coming to my house at 11 so they can check my decision with me. I hope I don’t disappoint them :</p>

<p>It’s not that big of a deal ducktape. I’ll be refreshing the page on my iphone nonstop. Gotta love technology. Im so jealous you have rock band metaldragon! Im getting that next week. I just hope it isnt sold out.</p>
<p>But see, my parents are making it this huge deal. I DON’T CARE. As long as I eventually get a decision, whatever.</p>
