<p>You’ll want to show improvement. If your 9/10th grades were poor, step up your work for 11/12th. Study for your SAT/ACT and pull in a good score there. Don’t be discouraged by what’s already done–focus instead on how you can change your habits and really do the work that you want to do. </p>
<p>And don’t forget that you can always go to community college for two years after high school and then transfer into a four year university.</p>
