@YoloSwagMaster Don’t stress about it! You still have high chances of getting in. Since the applicant pool is smaller, the wait-list pool is probably small as well. Based on your SAT scores, I’d say you’re at the top of the wait-list! For now, focus on the robotics competition that you’re at right now.

Lol i got rejected but i mean i didn’t think of getting in in the first place cause I’m in 8th grade :P. also @Kagero What school do you go to since we are in the same district of 204. I go to scullen and am in PA, so maybe I know you somehow

My heart goes to all of you that were rejected so far but I hope you decide to apply in 9th grade! I mean, even the act of applying in 8th grade raises your chances so I’m sure that if you maintain your GPAs, you’ll all be shoo-ins for next year!
@lsutiger25 Most likely? I mean, the average GPA of every incoming class is around 3.93 if I recall correctly so there have to be people above and below that?
@javascript Ahhh I’m pretty sure I’ll get mine in the mail today then. I live like an hour and a half away but I live in a rural area and the mailman doesn’t come until 6 so
@YoloSwagMaster Oh damn, I’m sorry. That’s really weird though, I mean, you got accepted last year as an eighth grader IIRC so it’s weird you got wait listed. You’re probably at the top of the wait list though and you’ll definitely be invited into the class of 2019 in like the next week or so when people start denying or accepting.

Congratulations to everyone who has been waitlisted or accepted!! In terms of Facebook, I highly reccomend you get one due to the fact that the IMSA community very much revolves around Facebook as a means of communication. You’ll get notification about applications for clubs and activities way sooner than people who don’t have a facebook too. SO GET A FB. @PlanarStuff @survivorfan1 @coolcatz1 @caressmytoenails and getting an instagram is a lot of fun, helps you stay in contact with your old friends.
@priyaluvsbooks Do u know how many wait listed applicants ultimately get accepted? I wonder if they’d tell me where I am on the Waitlist if I called.
