it contains lots of important things that first year students need to know…like " first year student are not allowed to have cars on campus", “…that first-year students take no more than one course in any department in either semester of the first year”, information about AP/ advance credit…etc</p>
<p>instead of the course catalog, i suggest new students look at the course offerings <a href=“http://www.haverford.edu/registrar/CourseGuide_Fall/index.html[/url]”>http://www.haverford.edu/registrar/CourseGuide_Fall/index.html</a>
many of the courses in the catalog are not offered. when i was a freshmen, i felt a little rushed during that first week and didn’t take a good look at everything.</p>
