<p>Yes … or not split up, as in an undivided whole with proportional ownership of the land (which how my Mom’s Estate was eventually settled … eighteen named “owners”). But first things first … get a Will drafted and signed (and witnessed!), even if you have to use one of those generic ones available online.</p>
