I did an instacart order very early on…for toilet paper. It was in stock when I ordered. I did notice a drop down for substitutions…and figured it was just a brand name substitution or something like that. The subs for toilet paper were…aluminum foil and paper plates! Really? I checked no substitution and my order was cancelled!
