my ACT right now is a 28, but im incredibly confident that it will be a 31 or 32 next time i take it. the only reason its so low is because i messed up on the reading section (took too long on the first 2 passages and had to guess the last 2, which made me get a 25. my english and math were 30+ and science was 28).

so assuming i get a 31 or 32, is it worth applying to emory with a 3.6? i will have taken 11 AP/IB/Honors, and i have an upward trend and difficult senior year schedule. like if you take my freshman year out, my gpa would be more towards a 3.8 or 3.9, but sadly we cant take that out.

anyways, i have good ECs imo (varsity captain basketball, habitat for humanity build experience, coaching less fortunate kids [basketball], possibly president of the habitat club) and i have a very good counselor rec and teacher recs.
