Interesting pattern: everyone "forwarded" recently is CLAS/Marshall?

<p>i applied to CLAS as well
and i dont know exactly when my status changed from review to forwarded
but its been stuck on forwarded for over 3 weeks for sure now.
is that a bad sign?</p>
