Oh, the luggage rack is definitely stashed away. I think I am going to go with one of those small table lamps linked above in the small corner and leave the big corner open for the luggage rack when needed. I do find this hanging plant idea intriguing. I’m glad to hear that you have an artificial one that fools folks - I don’t trust myself with a real plant. ? I agree with not filling up every square inch of floor space, but it didn’t occur to me to hang something from the ceiling - thanks!
