<p>Yep, the waiver of the out of state is the PRIMARY reason for seeking a scholarship. His ACT was 29 & his SAT was 1330 (or 1920 if you consider all three) so we are hoping that will help us there. I know that we DID get a letter saying that he had not been selected for the McNair program but that he would be considered for other scholarships so we are in the “waiting” mode on USC right now.</p>
