International DHL email come this way plz :)

i live in south korea and got notification two hours ago.

wowacow: yea i think one of the nicest things about schools like USC is that we would meet ppl from very different backgrounds and with very different upbringing. i have lived in beijing for the past 14 years although i am of another nationality so i attend an international school here. i can’t wait to meet people who have had different lifestyles :)

also, it seems as if the emails are not being sent all at once so…RELAX GUYS. good things come to those who wait :)

I hope those DHL mails are not being sent at once. Some hope is left…

logistically speaking, i am pretty damn sure theyre not :)

Can’t imagine that USC can get 35,000 responses all out in one day. Unless they’ve been in envelopes for days and days and just waiting in mail bins for the mail trucks.

Much earlier today someone posted a link to the USMail priority mail site with hints on how to check on mail sent from one zip code to another. I cannot find it now. Perhaps one of you tech savvy posters can find that message and give it a try.

I have no idea if it works.

Some commented on the great experience ahead of you meeting students from all over the world. I live in Georgia…surprise. It is fun thinking of your first meeting with a freshmen woman from Georgia with her charming southern drawl. Our alumni club in Atlanta sells T-shirts that read “Fight On, Y’all”. The proceeds go for SC scholarships.

Hold on… the decision mail will be sent to my permanent address even though I live in the US? I am confused… I am an international applicant living in Washington. Hope the mail comes here…

I live in the US as well, and I think I remember putting my permanent address as my home address here… so I’m assuming that whichever address you put in your application, will be the same one your mail will be sent to.

Seems like there are quite a few of us internationals living in the US! Apparently people like us received a DHL email last year, regardless of the fact that they lived domestically… so I’ve been anxious all day waiting for that email to pop up!

Oh, so people who live in the US got the DHL email as well? Darn it… I didn’t get one yet ;(

Nah, I meant the ones last year did. The others who live in the US this year haven’t gotten a DHL email either, so I’m assuming USC is going to send our along with the domestics.

Don’t lose hope! I’m pretty sure that not all of the DHL emails have been sent yet.

Huah I didn’t expect decision to come out this early! I am getting nervous now lol I wish all of us good luck!

i don’t know if this would help in any way but i checked the dhl site and it says that my package is probably going to get here (beijing) by friday afternoon :)

I am so nervous that I have not touched my loads of hw! I hope I will get a big packet in the mail tomorrow. Hopefully, the trip from LA to SF will only take 2 days!! Good luck everyone!

Hi, Did anyone from Singapore receive notification from DHL??

@MayMay92 im waiting for that DHL notification in Singapore too…hopefully

I am an international student. I applied for scholarship before December 1st, 2010. I haven’t heard anything until just now when I received the DHL email. Does that indicate that I did not get the scholarship?
In the meantime, which address does the school send the DHL to, our home or our school?

I was checking last year postings. The DHL notification came within 3 to 4 days difference, so it was not all in one day. Still some hope here! Good luck to you all!

It seems like they have finished sending them out(((((

please anyone receiving the email let us know!!! We are really dying here! No hopes??

My goodness this is killing me! Any internationals living in the US who have received a DHL notice pleaseee let us know!
