International Freshman Academic Scholarship?

<p>Yeah I was wondering too because technically not an international student but have lived and studied overseas my entire life, and it doesn’t specify whether or not you have to be an international student, just that:

“For entering freshmen only. Competitive candidates will be at the top of the applicant pool with respect to SAT scores, will typically be in the top 10 percent of their high school class, and will have extensive experience living and studying outside the United States”
