Please remember that UCLA receives over 100K applications yearly and admits competitive California residents first and foremost since it is a California public college. Everyone else HAS to be EXTREMELY competitive.
International candidates have a rougher time. Those candidates who are considered for admission have beyond the minimum requirements in all subjects.
