International With Financial Aid

<p>Do you know any international who got in with financial aid ?
If yes then please post his/her stats</p>

<p>Our K has a room-mate friend from South Asian country receiving financial aid…and I don’t know the particular academic stats for this student since our K (along with most of Stanford students feel it’s uncool and unnecessary) doesn’t ask those types of questions…and there are many others in each class.</p>

<p>Yeah, a kid from my high school got rejected by every single place he applied to. </p>

<p>Got in to Stanford w/ 100% aid.</p>

<p>Do you think its a good idea to apply in early decision to Harvard considering it is need blind for international even though your dream college is Stanford?</p>

<p>^^Only you can answer that question. Having said that, think for a moment…see beyond the “obvious fog”…there are many Stanford “dreaming” secret CC lurkers along with even more sophisticated non-CC users who are hoping that there a few more students like you who would “delay” their application for the RD round…so that THEY may have an advantage in the early round :-$…</p>
