I guess it’s the whole ‘rolling admissions’ process that is most confusing.

Is it even possible at this early stage for a 3 Q’d, Nominated candidate to be rejected?

It would seem that rejections could not go out until the class is filled or unless a particular candidate sits so low on the National Pool WCS ranking that there is no possible way the appointments would ever go that deep. The second scenario obviously depends on recent trending of acceptance per offer ratios, which may or may not be accurate for the year in question.

It would be interesting to know the range of notification dates for the 474 incredibly talented young men and women from last year’s candidate pool who were unfortunately not appointed.
