<p>So even though his status updated yesterday (i.e early in the overall scheme of admissions), it still could be anything from elation, to dejection, to dejected waiting with a tiny glimmer of hope…?</p>
<p>That’s a bit of a bummer; I think he had convinced himself that this early of a decision could basically be good news only.</p>
<p>Like all the rational folks on this board have consistently stated - just keep waiting patiently with fingers crossed…</p>
<p>One way or the other, since a decision has apparently been made, I hope for his sake that he gets something in the mail soon rather than having to wait until March / April. It would really drive him nuts knowing a decision had been made but not being informed for weeks!</p>
