<p>I don’t know whether you are supposed to do this or not, but my son wears his at night (since he had the regular braces removed). He uses Denture cleanser tabs to clean them.</p>

<p>It was not that bad…I am just squimish(sp?) about this stuff. It took all of about 5 mins maybe, just didn’t care for the eerie noise of the sander and the prying. You will be fine…and I have no regrets about doing the invisalign. It has helped tremendously with my teeth grinding as well.</p>
<p>that’s what I’m hoping AL. I felt my teeth were destabilizing and I didn’t know what else to do. If my orthodontist had told me about the attachments, I might not have gone ahead but I think Invisalign is my best bet. That sounds like a line from Love and Death.</p>
