iPad or Kindle for reading on the go?

I don’t use an iPad anymore. I find it redundant with my iPhone. Love my Kindle Paperwhite.

Yes. I use polarized prescription sunglasses when reading outside.

I have carried my iPhone and iPad in my purse for years.
My phones was a 6s and super small. Yesterday I took a leap and bought an iPhone 10XSMax–
a phablet. Today I left my iPad home and read on my new phone. It was great. So if you are in the market for a new phone consider this. I will still enjoy my iPad for reading before bed.

I prefer the Kindle and easier to read outdoors as many others point out.

Yup. Overdrive app works on my kindles (I have Kindle fires tho).

Still, I have Libby on my phone and just send library books to the kindles via Amazon, works fine.

I like the versatility of my iPad but admit it’s heavy for holding while lying in bed. I use it much more than the kindles S gave H and me. We use the kindle app on other electronics.

My iPad was under $300. I like the size of my iPhone 6s and that it fits in most of my pockets. Not interested in new phone or phablet yet.
