<p>My germaphobic tendencies:
-I use my forearm to pull down on the paper towel dispenser in bathrooms.
-I use the paper towel that I dried my hands with to open bathroom doors.<br>
-I usually wash my hands before and after going #1.
-I put my hand inside the lower end of my shirt while simultaneously opening doors of public places. This way my shirt serves as a protective barrier between my hand and the door handle.<br>
-I wash my hands before eating anything and when they feel unclean. (Approximately 10 times per day–>follow up with lotion at night to avoid dry hands)
-I even wash my hands after I pet my dog.<br>
-I never put the palm of my hands down on classroom desks.
-If I don’t have a napkin handy I will always put my nose up against my shoulder and sneeze instead of sneezing into my hands. (I do not see how people can sneeze into their hands… gross)
-There is probably more but I should go to bed.</p>
