You’ve no doubt heard the expression, “The harder they come, the harder they fall.”
Taking all honors is fine, especially in the cores if you are up for it (your 8th grade teachers reccomend it, your test scores and grades demonstrate you are ready and can handle it). However, don’t double up on science (at least until you have a handle on your cores and on the demands high school will place upon you) and don’t skip a foreign language. Now is a great time to learn what colleges want to see on your transcript (it is more than the minimum graduation requirements your high school asks).
I don’t know what kinds of colleges you hope to attend. I can tell you that you’ll be up against thousands and thousands of kids whose transcripts will look very similar to yours, even if you have very high grades in very rigorous classes. So an all-honors/pre-AP courseload is great, but don’t plan one so tough that you a) you can’t do well, and b) don’t have time to explore and grow and challenge yourself in meaningful and impactful ECs. Those ECs will go a long way in distinguishing and showcasing you from everyone else who took the same classes and got the same grades as you. Don’t underestimate their importance.
