<p>Near impossible? 21% acceptance rate? I admit this stat is a bis misleading since OOS applicants tend to be more qualified than IS prospies. Still, I would not call it near impossible. Also, take into account that those who apply OOS tend to apply to impacted majors where there is already significant competition.</p>
