<p>Unfortunately, Chicago has sent a few bomb threats to my house, Harvey Mudd has deployed assassains to kill me, and UNL has sent me a letter every day for the past 7 months telling me how great they are.</p>

<p>Yes, the U. of C. is my first choice. I also applied to St. Olaf College (MN) and Lawrence University (WI), though only as back-ups, as my parents insisted that I have other options. I am euphoric (and relieved) to have been accepted to the U. of C., and, of course, I will be attending. Honestly, I would rather go to Chicago than any Ivy League.</p>

<p>Well U of C was tied with my other first choice, which I was just rejected from (I applied EDII). Secretly, I’m almost glad because after visiting the other school again, I really do like Chicago better. I hope I get in.</p>
