I think you’ll be fine. I don’t think most people will know much about Dartmouth, but they might know that it’s part of the Ivy League and they’ll think highly of the Ivy League. If you say Dartmouth and get a confused look, just say that it’s part of the Ivy League. </p>
<p>The thread seemed sort of split between “is a Dartmouth degree prestigious” (yes, of course it’s a great school) and “is Dartmouth recognized worldwide” (not much, most people won’t have heard of it… but that doesn’t matter too much).</p>
