The UCB business major admits only at the junior level. Applicants have to be second year students who entered as frosh at UCB or junior level transfer applicants. So transferring in and then applying to the business major is not possible.

It is not obvious whether adding EEP as a second major after admission to business is possible. However, since UCB business allows only four semesters after junior entry, and there is minimal upper division course overlap between the two majors, you may find it difficult to complete both majors within four semesters.
