Is it a mistake disclosing accepted by the other school during a college interview?

The only way the college application process works is by prospective students applying to schools, with millions applying to differing institutions. The person you spoke to in your interview most likely applied to multiple schools of high caliber. I wouldn’t stress it.

Take an example. If a student told the University of Chicago interviewer that s/he has been accepted by Caltech through Early Action and the local interviewer reported UC about it. Will UC still likely offer a spot to the applicant?
