<p>Just wondering if there’s an update to the story.</p>
<p>He is perfectly fine now. It seems all I had to do was put it in writing and he quit regurgitating, but 3 times in a week (two days in a row) had me concerned. He had vaccinations last week and it did not phase him. I have not changed his food yet because I am going out of town in a few days and will not be around to monitor him. Thanks for asking.</p>
<p>Answering a prior question, when we wormed our puppy it was three times, each two weeks apart.</p>
<p>The dog “regurgitated” again last week. Twice he has puked first thing in the morning, 8 to 10 hours after his last meal, and it does not appear to be digested. Although this last time was a small amount and I managed to rush him outside so I didn’t have to clean up the floor, I decided to go ahead and change his food. Clearly the other stuff was not agreeing with him. The new stuff has no corn, wheat or soy. It must taste great because he loves it and has not had another problem so far. This evening was the first full-strength new food (I had been mixing it with the other) so we will see how he does.</p>
<p>Hopefully this will do the trick! Sounds like you’re going with a high quality dog food. Didn’t you say this was your son’s dog you inherited??? I hope you’re keeping him abreast on how well the dog is doing thanks to your care!</p>
<p>Son is here now for the holiday and will take dog back with him to dogsit his own dog while I am out of town. Here’s hoping he can sneak him past the apartment office for a week. He lives at the very back of the complex so probably will get away with it. I have bombarded son with instructions on how to feed dog and even packed up his blankie and some toys. That dog is going to miss me! And the dog food is better quality for sure, but not that much more expensive.</p>
