<p>it varies, i live in a terrible apartment place. its dirty had some roaches etc… didn’t put much thought into picking it, i thought it wouldn’t be too bad because the sample room they showed me was alright. The apartment only has some students, so most of the neighboors are locals (which sucks ass) The only pro is that this apartment place is DIRT cheap. rent for my 2bdr 1 bath = rent for a 1 bd 1 bath at a luxury apartment place such as the towers. However, i’d definitely pay more for a better place since this place just blows.</p>
