I took/am taking all but one of the non major classes at community college. The way you see if a class is transferable is the Course Equivalency.

[UT ATE System - Query by UT Course](<a href=“UT ATE System”>UT ATE System)

So the courses you need to take are one humanities from the list([UT ECE | Fine Arts/Humanities Electives](http://www.ece.utexas.edu/undergrad/finearts.html)) ,one social science from the list([UT ECE | Social Science Electives](http://www.ece.utexas.edu/undergrad/socscience.html)), RHE 306, E 316k, GOV 310L, GOV 312L, HIS 315k, HIS 315L . Plug those in to the bottom field, and select where you want to take them, and it will tell you what courses will count for that credit. I recommend you not take any of those classes at UT unless you need a filler class.

Note: you should get credit for Rhetoric if you scored above a 600 on CR reading section on SAT I think.
