Is it too late to submit SAT score?

I’m in a similar position to the poster’s son (accepted to business school early, improved a lot on october SAT after getting accepted), except mine went from a 2040 (1330) to a 2210 (1500). If I submit the new score for scholarship consideration, do I have to tell somebody? I might’ve gotten passed over already for scholarship consideration. I also don’t remember if I checked the box off for honors college (I filled my app out quickly on my campus visit in person), or if I just got rejected for it. Do I have to appeal or something with my new score?
