@Brinyc126, Did you fill out the FAFSA? If you qualify for Pell, you probably qualify for a TAP grant too. Go to the HESC website (Google NYS Tap Grant) to find the application). I think Buffalo is a great option. Do you have a financial aid package from them? If so, what does it say?
