Is the U of C a Worthless Degree?

<p>Within 9 months of graduation, 94% of the Class of 2007 was somehow accounted for, with graduate school or full-time employment.</p>

<p>I think most people who complain about not being able to find a job haven’t tried to find one hard enough or haven’t been proactive with finding internships, volunteer opportunities, etc. or using the career office. It’s more their own fault than the University’s. I know brilliant people with useful degrees two years out of college who can’t get a full-time job because they lack the motivation to do so.</p>
