I liked Jordan, Amy, Braiden, Jeffrey, and Evan.

Very underwhelmed tonight by most all of them. Jordan and Jeffery were the best, imo.
Didn’t like Jeffrey’s performance. I don’t like the “swallowing the words” sound - it is classic Sam Smith. I was hoping he would move away from Sam Smith - oh well. Korin is the female version of that. Enjoyed Jordan’s performance. I thought the transition to the piano was a little awkward. Barrett’s song took me back to those 80’s hair band days so enjoyed it on that level. I think they gave Amy a guitar to keep her from doing weird things with her hands. I guess I give the night to Jordan.
Random thoughts:
Braiden needs to find his niche. He’s all over the map. Liked him better when he had the Buble thing going on in the knockout round. I’m glad I let him go.
Amy had a big disconnect for me with her white dress playing the electric guitar. Adam did her a disservice IMO by taking a girl out of her “comfort zone” when she already has been showing signs of lacking confidence. Why didn’t he let her pick her song like Gwen did with Braiden?
Pharrell has made smart choices with Mark 2 weeks in a row: Last week, he started out behind the piano, tonight a more soothing stripped down performance. Talent was maximized to his full potential. Good job Pharrell.
Emily Ann is the one team member of mine that I feel the least confident about. I thought she was better last week. It will be very interesting to see her iTunes ranking tomorrow and how it compares to her strong ranking a week ago.
I absolutely do not get why Gwen will not let Korin just be her quirky self. Leave her the hell alone with the makeover! I liked the song choice, her interpretation, and tone. I will be surprised if she is eliminated this week.

I’m watching now. I liked Madi and Mark, Braiden and Shelby. I haven’t heard Jordan yet, but I think I know how that will go. I didn’t enjoy Evan’s, Jeff’s or Amy’s performances tonight. Eager to hear Jordan.
Jordan has such a beautiful and powerful voice. He’s great. I didn’t care for the song. I’m sure I’m in the minority on that.
I liked Barrett better last week. Didn’t think the song choice suited his style and thought he over performed it.
M is for Madi, and musicality, and mature for being just 16 years old. At this moment, for me, she (and Shelby) are the women to beat. I also can’t believe Madi is deaf in one ear yet still can sing so consistently well.
Jeffery had a good night. Was he as good as last week? No.
Shelby is a vocal powerhouse but getting ahead of the band was unfortunate and might show her musicality shortcomings.
Evan has a nice voice. His stage presence is awkward.
Jordan was brilliant. Again. He just lapped the field.
Poor Zach. He had to follow Jordan. He had some pitch problems. I didn’t think it was a great song choice but he’s safe this week. Not worthy of closing the show compared to Jordan.
Which “one” goes home? I would not be surprised if it was Amy but it could also be Mark or maybe even Braiden. I’m hoping Korin is safe for now.
Well…since Amy’s song is at number 2 right now, I don’t think she’s going home.
Jordan is cleaning up, though. He’s at #1 with last night’s song and has songs at 5 and 10 too. Braiden and Mark are in serious trouble.

I loved both Jordan and Jeffery, liked Madi, and the rest were pretty forgettable.
I wish they’d forget the makeovers. Most of them don’t work, and in the case of Braiden and Korin, well, they’re just cringe-worthy.
Amy was incredible. Also a great outfit. 
I enjoyed Braiden tonight, I can see him as a band frontman. I agree that he isn’t in a particular niche, but I don’t know if that is good or bad. And I was reminded again of how good the band on the show is. I always enjoy the guitarist with long, curly red hair. Does anyone else remember him in a cone of fire playing Freebird?
I really, really do not get the Emily Anne love. I think she is mediocre at best. I don’t think this was Madi’s best night, but she’s still very, very good. Also thought it wasn’t the best night for Evan. It’s not clear to me that he is going to live up to his obvious potential.
As I said upthread, Justin would make a great “inspirational” singer. And no, @moonchild, I didn’t like the song either, so we are together in that minority.
For some reason I keep thinking about Cody Bellew from seasons past. I loved Cody. Just watched him on youtube. Maybe the show’s audience wasn’t ready for an out gay performer at that point.
